Program Director

The Program Director will lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale **E2E transformation program** focused on **cost optimization**, **business continuity**, and **modernization**.

This role requires **strategic oversight**, **governance**, and **delivery management** across all phases—**planning, migration, and optimization**—while ensuring alignment with the organization’s technical, operational, and financial goals. The Program Director will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical and operational delivery, and drive stakeholder engagement to achieve program objectives with measurable outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Leadership and Strategy**
- Develop and drive the program’s **strategic direction**, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the program, from **technical design** to migration and optimization.
- Define and implement program governance frameworks to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure all phases of the program align with **business continuity mandates** and **cost-saving objectives**.

**Governance and Risk Management**
- Oversee **program governance**, including technical, operational, and financial oversight.
- Establish and manage **risk management frameworks**, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the **Technical Design Authority (TDA)** to validate technical designs and decisions.

**Team Management**
- Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team including **Project Managers**, **Technical Delivery Leads**, and specialized roles (e.g., architects, procurement specialists, and financial controllers).
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the program team.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program objectives, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Deliver regular progress reports to leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and value achieved

**Delivery Management**

Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including:

- **Tech refresh** and infrastructure modernization.
- **Cloud migration** and operational optimization.
- Development of scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Align delivery plans with the **E2E consumption model** to drive measurable cost savings.

**Financial Oversight**
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Oversee the preparation of **BoQs** to optimize hardware and software procurement.
- Ensure financial alignment with the organization’s objectives, including ROI tracking and cost-saving initiatives.

**Personal Skills**:

- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and drive cost savings.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools and program management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow).

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in Program Management (PgMP, MSP) and Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, COBIT).
- 12+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs involving technical design, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization.
- Experience in delivering programs with a focus on cost optimization and business continuity.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), infrastructure systems, and operational frameworks.
