In this position, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data to help guide strategic decisions and improve business operations. Your analytical insights will be critical in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources to make informed business recommendations.
- Design and create comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.
- Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets.
- Communicate analysis results and insights to management and other stakeholders in an understandable manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous data validation processes.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.
- **Nationality**: Saudi.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in statistical analysis and familiarity with data modeling techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
