**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage table reservations and seating to optimize service flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (if assigned waiter duties).
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess/waiting area.
- Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with closing duties and reporting as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Nationality**: Saudi Female.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess, waitress, or in a similar customer service role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Language**: Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team-oriented and proactive.
