**Job Summary**:
As an Elevator Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of elevator installation projects in commercial and residential buildings. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will utilize your engineering expertise to ensure the successful and efficient installation of elevator systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop elevator installation plans based on project requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of elevator installations and identify potential challenges.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate elevator systems into building designs.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints related to elevator installations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to optimize elevator performance and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to elevator systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in elevator design, installation, or maintenance, with a strong understanding of elevator technology and systems (More than 5 years).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of elevator systems, mechanical walkways, and escalators.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and controls.
- Project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of elevator installations.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
