In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives of Qiddiya.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in project management.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly regarded.
