**Position Summary**

Lucid Motors is seeking to hire a Program Manager, Localization to manage Lucid’s Localization efforts into the Middle East market. The PM role will facilitate, organize, and develop the planning and execution of all activities related to the localization of various activities including research and development, vehicle programs and supply chain.
- Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional program team to ensure execution of projects on schedule and within budget.
- Support business case development for all Middle East related projects
- Strong technical background to look ahead of new development, strategy to meet new challenges.
- Ability to evaluate ideas and concepts for highly scalable products.
- Build and maintain relationships with local Middle East government’s entities and organizations.
- This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA Lucid ME HQ with up to 30% of your time to be spent travelling in the Middle East region.
- Strong organizational and program tracking skills. Develop full scale project plans & facilitate the follow-up of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Monitor and report on the status & progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Fostering relationships and partnering with key stakeholders to develop localization strategy and roadmap
- Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, information technology or program management.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East region and Europe.
- Experienced leader with a minimum of 3-6 years of program management, business development, or government relationship experience.
- Strong business acumen, including negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Effective communicator, comfortable with interacting and influencing at senior levels of company and with customer leadership.
- Ability to interface with functional teams to develop solutions to complex issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills - formal presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively work with internal and external team members.
- Business development skills and interpersonal skills.
- Program management experience and skills.
- Experience working on localization and government incentives.
- Knowledge and experience with Automotive Industry Development is a plus
- Middle East cultural knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarization with International software, hardware, telecom development.
