Job Description:
As a Production/Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating the efficient execution of stainless steel fabrication projects, from initial planning to final delivery. You will work closely with production teams, Sales Team, and clients to ensure smooth coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and prioritize production schedules, ensuring timely completion of fabrication projects according to client specifications and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact between production teams, Sales Team, and clients, communicating project requirements, timelines, and updates effectively.

Collaborate with production team to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment required for fabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, production reports, and quality control records, to track project status and performance.

Conduct regular inspections of fabrication processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.

Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or quality, and work proactively to address them in collaboration with project teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Assist in the coordination of logistics, including transportation and installation, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery to client sites.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance across the production floor.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or similar in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in production coordination, project management, or related roles, preferably in the stainless steel fabrication industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) for scheduling, task management, and collaboration.

Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication processes, equipment, and materials is preferred.

Familiarity with quality control principles and procedures, with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
