**Role Overview**

Our client is a leading Saudi fintech company that enables digital payments and e-commerce infrastructure across the Kingdom.They are currently seeking a highly driven **Enterprise Sales & Account Manager** to join their team in Riyadh and help accelerate B2B growth across key verticals.

In this role, you will lead both **new business development** and **strategic account management**. You'll be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Enterprise Sales**
- Identify and target large enterprise clients across sectors (e.g., e-commerce, retail, travel, fintech, telecom).
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution pitching, commercial negotiations, and closure.
- Develop custom value propositions aligned with client needs and industry trends.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

**Account Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services (e.g., APIs, integrations, fraud tools).
- Monitor account health, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**Strategic Growth**
- Collaborate with product, tech, and customer success teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.
- Provide market feedback and insights to help shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years** of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within fintech, SaaS, digital payments, or technology.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with large enterprise clients.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate enterprise buying cycles.
- Solid knowledge of KSA market dynamics and enterprise sales culture.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in both **Arabic and English**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
