- Oversight of shipping/receiving, picking/packing, unloading, sorting, segregating, palletizing, load out, on-time delivery.-
- Cost management.-
- Responsible for the costs in the dry and ambient area.-
- Performance management (cost/utilization).-
- Embrace and own continuous improvement processes.-
- Establish, monitor and report relevant KPI’s.Critical Competencies:
- Deep experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment (+10 years)-
- Demonstrated expertise in leading warehousing and distribution operations.-
- Experience in a 3PL environment supporting multiple customers or lines of business helpful.-
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.-
- Ability to own, follow through and solve operational issues.-
- Demonstrated experience working with customers to improve business operations and results.-
