**Primary duties and Responsibilities**
- Video Editing: Lead the editing process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality output that meets client specifications and project deadlines.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and requirements, and effectively communicating project progress and updates.
- Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the editing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Quality Control: Review and approve all edited content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to APCO’s standards.
- Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources, manage workflow, and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in video editing to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as production, creative, and marketing to ensure seamless integration of video content across various platforms.

**Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Studies, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.
- Exceptional proficiency in video editing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative vision and attention to detail, with a keen eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Experience working in a creative agency or production studio environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading techniques.

**Work Conditions**:

- The physical abilities needed to perform the duties of this position, in addition to the office climate
- Office environment is general office setting
- Travel will be required
- Must reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
