**Job Summary**:
The Arabic Sous Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the Kitchen to give maximum satisfaction and quality to the guests at maximum profitability of the Hotel, ensures hygiene and cleanliness all around the Kitchen to maintain the standard of food safety.

To ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all kitchens
Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
Ensure a quality product for our guests and to the standard required by the hotel
Ensure profit margins

**What we are Looking For**:
Solid experience as Arabic Sous Chef in luxury hotels environment
A leader with the ability, to coach, train and develop others
Middle East experience
Fluent in English
Strong leadership, self-motivated excellent communication skills
