Condition Moitoring Engiener

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule based Vibration Monitoring of Critical Plant Machineries at various Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Paper Industries, Chemical Plants, Petrochemical Industries and Process Industries.
- Post Processing of Vibration data collected at various sites followed by Spectrum Analysis and detailed Report generation with necessary corrective measures.
- Hands on experience on usage of wide range of Vibration Analyzer
- Implementation and Data collection of Reliable Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Worked in various vibration related ISO Standards like ISO 10816/2372, ISO 18434
- Onsite troubleshooting and rectification of activities.
- Provide technical Condition Monitoring support for all customer queries
- Organizing PDM meeting with site maintenance department for PM activities based on CM Report

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, Commissioning, major Overhauling, Preventive, predictive, Break down and shutdown maintenances and troubleshooting of all types of Rotating Equipment’s (Pumps, compressors, steam turbines, Gear boxes, Blowers & Fans, Agitators, Centrifuges).
- Hot & Cold Alignment for all rotating equipment’s by using Laser alignment kit (Opt align smart) Reverse Dial and Rim & Face Dial Indicator method.
- Thickness measurement of Pipe lines and Vessels with Ultrasonic thickness Gauge
- Gained Valuable Technical Experience In Heat Treatment Department For Using Rotary Furnace, Sealed Quenching Furnace, Continous Tempering Furnace, And Pit Furnace.
- Implementation and Data collection of Reliable Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Designed and implemented special strategies related to maintenance procedures.
- Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
- Gained valuable technical experience in SAP software
