**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Building Materials

**Location**: Abha, Saudi Arabia

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell **building materials** (cement, steel, paints, pipes, insulation, waterproofing, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and project clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites, contractors, and distributors to generate leads.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through excellent after-sales service.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in **building materials or construction product sales** in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong client network in the **Abha region** is an advantage.
- Valid **Saudi driving license**.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and presentation** skills.
- Fluent in **Arabic and/or English**.
