**Job Description** About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Saudi National** to take on the role of **Quality Assurance, Safety & Health Manager**. This key leadership position ensures that the highest standards of service quality, guest safety, and health regulations are consistently upheld throughout the property. You will drive compliance with internal policies, local legislation, and international best practices while cultivating a culture of excellence and well-being for both guests and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the property's quality assurance, health, and safety programs.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations (including civil defense, food safety, health inspections) and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to evaluate performance, identify risks, and ensure all departments meet required safety and quality standards.
- Deliver regular training and awareness sessions for staff on health & safety protocols, emergency procedures, and quality standards.
- Oversee incident reporting and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Liaise with government authorities and third-party auditors for inspections and certifications.
- Ensure emergency preparedness plans are updated, tested, and communicated to relevant teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, F&B, HR, and other departments to ensure safe and compliant operations.
- Promote a culture of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and workplace safety.

**Qualifications**
- Saudi National**cultivating a culture of excellence and well-being for both guests and employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Certified in quality and safety standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, NEBOSH, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in quality, health, and safety management, preferably in the hospitality or resort sector
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements for health, safety, food hygiene, and public health
- Strong leadership, training, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively across departments
