We are looking for a qualified and proactive **HSE Officer**to join our supervision team on a major **infrastructure and mixed-use development project**in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all **health, safety, and environmental standards**are implemented and maintained in accordance with **project requirements, local regulations, and company policies**.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, regulations, and procedures at site level.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe acts or conditions.
- Ensure that contractors and subcontractors implement appropriate safety controls and corrective actions.
- Participate in toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Report and assist in the investigation of all accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Support the development of a strong HSE culture by promoting awareness and safe work practices.
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with KSA safety regulations and international standards.

- **Bachelor’s Degree**in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- **Minimum 7 years**of HSE experience in **construction supervision**of infrastructure or mixed-use development projects.
- **Middle East experience**(KSA preferred).
- Certification in **NEBOSH IGC / OSHA / IOSH**or equivalent is **mandatory**.
- Strong knowledge of **KSA HSE standards and authority requirements**.
- Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of safety on site.
