**Job Title**: _**Electrical QC Inspector (Aramco Approved) - OHPL Projects**_

**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control & Inspection**:

- Conduct inspections of overhead power line (OHPL) installations, including poles, towers, conductors, insulators, and grounding systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, NEC, IEC, IEEE, and other relevant regulations.
- Verify material quality and ensure they meet project specifications before installation.
- Inspect electrical connections, terminations, splicing, and crimping for quality compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits at various stages of OHPL project execution.
- Monitor contractor work to ensure adherence to project drawings, method statements, and quality plans.
- Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

**Testing & Commissioning**:

- Oversee electrical testing such as insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, and high-voltage tests.
- Verify earthing/grounding resistance measurements and ensure proper grounding system installation.
- Ensure proper alignment, tensioning, and sagging of conductors as per Aramco guidelines.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed inspection reports, test records, and material approval documents.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements (MS), and Work Procedures (WP).
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Maintain and update all quality-related documentation as per Aramco’s requirements.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with Aramco’s safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Verify the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks related to OHPL activities.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with Aramco’s quality team and third-party inspectors for approvals and audits.
- Assist in resolving technical and quality issues at the site.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Aramco-approved Electrical QC Inspector certification is mandatory.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years** of experience in electrical quality inspection, preferably in OHPL projects.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Aramco standards (SAES, SATIP, SAEP), NEC, IEC, and IEEE codes.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in reading electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of inspection tools and electrical testing instruments.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- **ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor**:

- **OSHA or Aramco HSE Training**:

- **NACE, AWS, or other quality-related certifications (if applicable)**

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
