**Job Title**:SAP Expert Manager - Contracts & Procurement

**Location**:NEOM, The Line, Saudi Arabia

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute SAP Expert Manager to join our dynamic team on The Line project within NEOM. This critical role requires a someone with expert knowledge and hands-on work experience of SAP Enterprise as a user. You will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Contracts/ Commercial and Procurement team, acting as a key liaison across different regions of NEOM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Operation**:Operate and optimize SAP Enterprise for all contract and procurement-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- **Contracts Lifecycle Management**:Demonstrate a strong understanding of all stages of contracts, from inception to close-out, and leverage SAP to manage these processes effectively.
- **Cross-Functional Liaising**:Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Contracts and Procurement teams and other stakeholders across various NEOM regions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Generate and analyze reports from SAP to provide insights into contract performance, spend analysis, and supplier management.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement improvements to existing SAP-related processes within the commercial department.
- **Compliance & Governance**:Ensure all SAP activities adhere to NEOM's policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- **User Training & Support**:Provide training and ongoing support to SAP users within the Contracts and Procurement teams.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial department within a construction or engineering environment.**:

- Expert knowledge and extensive hands-on work experience as a user of SAP Enterprise.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions.
- Excellent understanding of different stages of contracts and their commercial implications.
- **Proficiency in operating Oracle systems is also required.**:

- Commercially astute with a proven track record of successful commercial outcomes.
- Middle East experience is essential, with Saudi Arabia experience strongly preferred.
