We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Information Technology Project Manager to lead our high-impact projects and enhance our service delivery to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of IT project management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet compliance standards.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and monitor progress. You will leverage your extensive technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to drive success across multiple projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale information technology projects
- Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and set deadlines and milestones
- Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines efficiently
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to manage project challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct post-project evaluations to learn from successes and areas for improvement
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects while meeting scope, timeline, and budget requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Saudi Nationality is preferred
