**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide Technical Guidance to Workshop personnel within the Repair Group.
- Verify & ensuring the repair activities such as D&I, Testing, Assembly etc.. are conducting as per ARM standards.
- Provide necessary technical things to workshop team such as Drawings, Procedures, forms, PIBs etc.
- Recommends product or process changes to improve system and / or equipment performance or to better meet customer or other user needs.
- Review Inspection/ Service Reports, BOMs of Job conducting at work shop.
- Prepare and maintain database of BOMs for various equipment for various levels of overhauls.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

**Function/ Purpose**:

- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
- Oversee and assist with all ongoing repair jobs.
- Provide all technical information and liaise with engineering groups as required.
- Review drawings and provide parts lists for all ongoing and future workload.
- Provide technical briefing or training whenever required.
- Provide technical assistance or training whenever required.
- Provide details of upgrades need to do on each project.
- Ensure personnel are utilizing the appropriate tools for their assigned task or tasks.
- Ensure disassembly, assembly & testing activities are as per OEM procedure and specifications.
- Perform other work-related task as assigned
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE procedures and policies.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- 3 years hands-on experience in disassembly, reassembly & commissioning of drilling equipment. Well verse to read mechanical drawings, electrical & hydraulic schematics.
- Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
- Verbal and written Communication.
- Experienced in using of pneumatic and mechanical hand tools.
- Knowledge to use measuring tools like ID/OD calipers, verniers etc.
