- Managing information security monitoring systems to ensure their stability and availability and providing reports to describe their status.
- Handling information security incidents and following up on their closure, escalating ongoing incidents that exceed the specified service level agreement/
- Monitoring and analyzing incidents within the center to identify their causes.
- Continuously monitoring multi-cloud and on-prem environments to detect threats, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
- Performing regular scans and inspections of systems and devices to ensure the absence of malware or security vulnerabilities.
- Implementing data encryption on mobile devices to protect sensitive data and important information.
- Monitoring the use of mobile devices, detecting suspicious activities and security risks, and taking the necessary actions to address them.
- Setting up and maintaining firewalls and security systems to detect any intrusion attempts.

- Detecting, investigating, and responding to suspicious activities at the endpoint level (such as workstations, servers, mobile devices).
- Preparing reports showing the status of detected vulnerabilities and classifying them, and providing recommendations to address those vulnerabilities to the owners of the affected systems.
- Managing logical access to the center's information and technology assets by defining identity and access management requirements, documenting and implementing them.
- Establishing security design principles for systems and networks and information security architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Managing remote access to the center's network and securing access to it.
- Overall management of EDR solution both on prem & cloud
- Overall management and policy enforcement for WAF solution
