**What you'll be doing**

As Senior Coordinator - Product Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and shipments comply with relevant government regulations. You will manage product registrations with authorities, oversee approvals and renewals, and coordinate with entities like the Ministry of Commerce and Customs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure product compliance with government regulations at both product and shipping levels.
- Register products with authorities and follow up on approvals and renewals.
- Coordinate with various government entities depending on product type (e.g., Ministry of Commerce, Customs).
- Prepare and review regulatory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Respond to authority inquiries and support audits with organized, up-to-date records.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Bachelor or Diploma in business administration.
- Fluent in both Arabic & English,
- Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
- Maintains high accuracy in documentation, submissions, and compliance tracking.
- Manages multiple tasks, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.
- Works effectively across departments to ensure alignment and smooth regulatory processes.
- Identifies issues, analyzes root causes, and proposes practical solutions within regulatory contexts.
- Understands and applies relevant regulations, standards, and procedures issued by government authorities
