**Duties and responsibilities**:
1. Maintenance Management:
Developing periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of the plant's production lines, including equipment and machinery.

Supervising the daily implementation of scheduled and emergency plans and programs, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and schedules.

2. Fault Analysis:
Diagnosing and analyzing technical faults to determine root causes using appropriate measurement tools to identify trends and improve performance.

Developing policies and strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce breakdowns.

3. Team Management:
Leading the maintenance team and assigning tasks on a daily and effective basis, ensuring that all members understand their roles and work together.

Supervising ongoing team training to improve skills and reduce future breakdowns.

Encouraging innovation and researching new solutions for the technologies used.

4. Coordination with other departments:
Collaborating with the production department to ensure the availability of the necessary equipment for production and planning for emergency shutdowns.

Preparing the annual parts budget and ensuring the availability of materials according to the schedule approved by the plant management.

Communicating with relevant parties to obtain the necessary spare parts and services.

5. Reporting:
Documenting malfunctions, maintaining team activity logs, and evaluating performance after repairs to ensure the problem does not recur.

Preparing periodic reports on equipment status and completed maintenance work, measuring progress and compliance.

Keeping plant management informed of challenges and achievements and providing periodic reports detailing maintenance status and future needs.

6. Compliance with Standards:
Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and occupational health standards in all maintenance activities.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in maintenance management in an industrial environment, with 5 years in feed mills.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Good knowledge of modern maintenance systems and analysis tools, ERP systems, and asset management systems. Knowledge of certified systems such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Feed Milling.

**Skills and Abilities**:
A deep background in automation systems.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to make quick decisions and effective communication skills.

Familiarity with maintenance management systems.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
