Purpose of the job:
Support service team, manager, and coordinators to ensure successful completion of services assigned to the team and contribute to achieving targets of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Understand company policies, responsibilities and position KPI
- Comply to company standard policies in general and for the assigned position.
- Receive customer enquiries for service
- Communicate with service team to coordinate for attendance of job
- Communicate with customer and internal store team to recommend required spare parts for the service
- Participate with technical staff in execution of services within specified timeline
- Generate service report for attended job
- Issue certificate for inspected equipment
- Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports
- Maintain good business relationship with customers
- Collect customer satisfaction feedback and evaluation to accommodate service.
- File regular reports of job assigned against completed.
- Generate all tools, equipment, training reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electronic / communication engineering.
- 3-5 years of work-related experience (Marine - Oil, Gas, offshore operations / Crane - LMI systems)
