**Job Summary**:
The Supervisor, E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) - Di Ammonia, is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of electrical and instrumentation systems within the Di Ammonia production facility. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the performance of E&I systems. The Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility's E&I processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of technicians responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical and instrumentation systems in the Di Ammonia production facility.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration of E&I equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring the team follows safe work practices.
- Monitor the performance of electrical and instrumentation systems, analyzing data, trends, and alarms to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the maintenance planning team to develop and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring mínimal impact on production and optimizing system availability.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical and instrumentation equipment, identifying and addressing potential failures or performance degradation proactively.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in troubleshooting complex electrical and instrumentation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Review and analyze equipment maintenance records and reports, identifying recurring issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for E&I maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and procurement, to ensure effective communication and coordination of E&I activities.
- Participate in the planning and execution of plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and equipment upgrades, coordinating E&I activities and ensuring successful project execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of E&I improvement projects, such as automation initiatives or equipment upgrades, to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Train and develop the skills of the E&I team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications and licenses are desirable.
- Min 8 years of experience in maintenance and operation of electrical and instrumentation systems within a chemical production facility, preferably in a Di Ammonia plant.
