**JOB PURPOSE**

To contribute to performing the project finance lending activities of the Corporation in accordance with the APICORP lending philosophy and guidelines with the ultimate objective to enable the Business Group to achieve its objectives as per the annual budget and 5 year roll-over strategy in the most efficient and effective manner.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to maintaining and growing the client portfolio of the Business Group. For that purpose, improve the position of APICORP as an arranger of debt finance. These responsibilities imply in particular close relationships at the managerial and operational levels of the companies and of the financial institutions under responsibility;
- Ensure satisfactory deal screening, prepare quality credit papers and monitor loan portfolio under responsibility;
- Execution of transactions as per best practices in the industry; as deal team leader of a transaction involving as main sponsor a company under responsibility, day-to-day monitoring on the arranging and advisory assignments, with focus on relation with the client, deal execution and timely delivery of quality services;
- Support the Head of the Business Group in the preparation of the marketing plan, the budget and the medium term strategy for the Business Group.
- Complexity relating to credit assessment and structuring;
- Complexity relating to interaction and negotiations with clients;
- Complexity relating to deal origination.

**Skills**:
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**

1. A Master in Economics, in Business Administration, in Law or in Engineering from a well-graded university.

2. 8 years of successful and relevant professional experience as a minimum;
