We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead our Technical Department in delivering exceptional interior design and joinery solutions. This role demands a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a skilled team, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Direct and oversee all Technical Department employees, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and accountable for their responsibilities.
- **Compliance & Procedures**: Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and documentation requirements throughout all project phases.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide direction and technical guidance in design, development, and systems integration to enhance project outcomes.
- **Problem-Solving**: Make swift decisions and resolve technical challenges to create an efficient project implementation environment.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Deliver technical training as needed and serve as a mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- **Standard Operating Procedures**: Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and project guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Task Management**: Allocate tasks and conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recommending promotions or salary adjustments.
- **Project Scheduling**: Oversee the scheduling of project drawing processing and delivery to ensure timely completion.
- **Planning & Reporting**: Lead planning, budgeting, and reporting for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements, conduct regular meetings, and track project progress.
- **Performance Reviews**: Conduct performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
- **Procurement Coordination**: Work closely with the procurement team on the Bill of Materials (BOM) for signed contracts to ensure resource availability.
- **Efficient Work Environment**: Foster a productive atmosphere for project teams, ensuring objectives are met within specified timelines.
- **Documentation for Production**: Provide accurate drawings and cutting lists for all approved projects, ensuring clarity and precision for the production department.
- **Quotation Review**: Review and approve project quotations, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Background in Interior Design with a focus on joinery work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a wooden factory setting.
- Proven expertise in shop drawing preparation and technical supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
