ABB’s Electrification Global Markets organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. **Your responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at service operations organization.
- Support service operations manager in day to day activities according to the assigned tasks.
- Resposnible to handle all the expese reports in coordination with the operations team, controlling and finance.
- Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
- Responsible for payments collection in coordination with the project team.
- Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.

**Your background**:

- Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Secretarial course and similar field
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience
- Fluent both in Arabic & English is required.
