**1. JOB DETAILS:
**Position Title**:Engineer, Process III
**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
1. He will be responsible for process and Process safety improvement in Phosphoric/Sulphuric acid

plant/SOP. He shall be leading the implementation of cost saving ideas.

2. He will be responsible for monitoring of process parameter on regular basis and guiding operation

for further improvement & correction.

3. He will be responsible for improving processes efficiency and will be responsible for improving utility

and chemical and additive specific consumption.

4. He will be responsible for conducting plant trials.

5. He shall be responsible for performing technical studies, implementation plant modification and

CAPEX for profit improvement, cost saving projects to meet business plan.

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.

**Experience**:
Must have experience of minimum 2 years in Phosphoric acid/Sulfuric acid plant/SOP. The experience

must be in phosphoric acid/sulfuric acid/SOP operation with minimum five years of experience in process

engineering.

**Skills**:
1. Continuous Improvement.

2. Troubleshooting.

3. Data Analysis.

4. Technical Support.

5. Statistical Analysis.

**4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.
- Designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes.
