Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries
- Conducting stock checks
- Documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storage of inventory.
- Arrange all items in the warehouse in a synchronize and with proper label.
- Keeping all records of sales & restocking.
- Responsible to verify all items arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
- Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

Qualifications:

- MALE, Secondary / Diploma holder
- Must be organized and punctual
- Proficient in Microsoft office, knowledge and experience with any ERP system would be advantage
