General Manager

**Minimum Required Qualifications**
- ** Specialty**:
Engineering / Marketing & Sales (M&S)
- ** Education Degree**:
Bachelor’s degree / MBA
- ** Technical Knowledge**:
Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.
- ** Experience**:
5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in testing and certification of electrical products.

**Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities**

**Primary Functions**:

- Achieve 100% of the sales target.
- Identify potential clients and acquire at least 50% new clients, with the sales pipeline increasing by at least 70% in RPQ.
- Acquire business from new projects and secure penetration and business from the respective field.
- Strictly adhere to BV codes and policies.
- Proactively initiate and develop the sales pipeline by visiting clients.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitive market conditions, provide market insights, and sell our services.
- Research, develop, and execute strategies to identify market opportunities.
- Expand existing services into new markets.
- Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey and analyze actions based on the status of individual customers or groups.
- Organize and support the sales and marketing team leader (TL).
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned, and support bidding documentation as needed.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Relevant experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
- Awareness of BV’s services.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of applicable contractual terms and conditions.

**Business Requirements**
- Manage key clients in the Central and Western regions.
- Oversee client management.
- Drive business development.
- Manage proposals and the sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Assess contractual risks and seek necessary management approvals
