**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and colors for various projects.
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients through presentations.
- Plan and organize all phases of the project from start to finish, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure precise execution of designs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phases.
- Lead and guide the design team to efficiently achieve project goals.
- Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress and present them to management and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology.
- Propose continuous improvements to processes and methods used in design and project management.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and project management.
- Proven experience in team management and achieving group objectives.
- Strong skills in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
