A service company is looking for a an experienced technician qualified to install and maintain kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment and AC systems. Job responsibilities include:

- **Installation and Setup**: installing equipment, systems, or components.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing of equipment, maintaining detailed repair logs.
- **Testing and Calibration**: ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
- **Diagnostic and Troubleshooting**: identifying and resolving technical issues and malfunctions. Writing detailed reports based on each visit and inspection.
- **Documentation**: Recording maintenance activities, repair-logs, visit logs, and other detailed information based on each case.
- **Preventative maintenance scheduling**: Creation of preventative maintenance plans for each equipment that is covered under the maintenance contracts.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Creating and adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards for each job that is assigned.
- **Customer Service**: Professional interactions with customers, providing technical support, answering queries, and resolving issues over the phone.
- **Assets and Inventory Management**: Tracking inventory, asset inspections and reporting, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- **Training and Guidance**: Training junior technicians and assisting colleagues in understanding technical aspects.

**Salary**: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
