Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a transformative entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an innovative and skilled Senior Manager - Design to join our talented team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects that aim to set new benchmarks in design excellence and user experience. Your leadership will help shape the artistic vision of our developments, making a significant impact on the broader community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely and supporting Development Leads of each asset
- Working closely with delivery teams onsite, for each asset
- Design management lead on assigned assets
- Coordinate utilities and interfaces for each asset with wider Stakeholders
- Successful Implementation of Design Execution Plan and related processes, including maintaining consistency
- Monthly reporting/dashboarding of design progress, risks and opportunities
- Ensure periodic internal design reviews in order to ensure alignment with overall plan and take corrective actions when needed. 8) Ensure coordination between multiple consultants from pre-concept through to execution ensuring alignment to Qiddiya’ s master plan.
- Review and monitoring of design delivery programmes and key milestones ensuring timely delivery of each milestone
- Manage and lead Change control process inline with QIC standards
- Review design and related strategies inline with planned logistics, sequence and buildability strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture,, or a related field
- A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant design experience, ideally in large-scale projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects and innovative design solutions.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of sustainable design practices and relevant regulations.
