**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and optimize mechanical systems that meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine project feasibility and ensure sound investment.
- Plan and execute all necessary project tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper alignment and successful project delivery.
- Document all project activities and maintain records of design performance, requirements, and standards
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical issues during project execution.
- Regularly report project progress and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong knowledge of relevant Industry Standards and Engineering Practices.
- Demonstrable experience in engineering design, simulation, and analysis tools (Solidworks, ANSYS, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations, as needed.
