**Job description**

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. As a Videographer & Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing captivating and persuasive advertisements for our products, specifically tailored for online and social media ad campaigns. You will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visuals and engaging storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand advertising objectives and product messaging.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products.
- Plan, and execute video shoots, including location scouting, casting, and coordinating with production teams.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
- Conduct video editing and post-production tasks, including color grading, audio mixing, and graphic integration.
- Enhance the visual appeal of the videos through creative editing techniques and visual effects.
- Ensure that the videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Optimize videos for various online and social media platforms, considering aspect ratios and best practices.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to incorporate persuasive and engaging messaging into the videos.
- Monitor the performance of the videos and make data-driven optimizations to maximize engagement and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Videographer & Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software and knowledge of graphic design software is required.
- Experience in planning and executing video shoots, including camera operation and lighting setup.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of online and social media platforms, their video requirements, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively translate ideas into visual concepts.
- Knowledge of trends and emerging techniques in video production and digital advertising is a plus.
