**Job Description**:
AECOM Arabia are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager, to join our Program Management team. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, materials, and services necessary for the program's operations. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient inventory management.
**Responsibilities**:
+ Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures for the program, aligning with program objectives and industry best practices.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand procurement requirements, ensuring timely availability of goods, materials, and services.
+ Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation.
+ Source and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting due diligence to ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and ethical standards.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
+ Monitor and analyze market trends, prices, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the supply chain.
+ Implement effective inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal levels of stock and minimizing obsolescence or shortage risks.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of supply chain activities.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to procurement and supply chain management.
+ Implement and utilize appropriate supply chain technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the supply chain.
+ Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to program stakeholders regarding supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience of 10 years in supply chain management, preferably in large-scale projects or programs.
+ Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement processes, and inventory management.
+ Familiarity with local and international sourcing and procurement practices.
+ Experience in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex supply chain challenges and propose effective solutions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proficiency in supply chain management systems, tools, and technologies.
