About the Role

We are seeking a full-time **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Registrar** to join our dental center. This is a **clinical role**, focused on oral surgery and minor surgical procedures performed in a clinic setting. The position requires flexibility, as the registrar may be assigned to work in both of our Riyadh branches (Exit 10 and Exit 5) on different days. While there is currently no access to an operating room (OR), future collaborations with partner hospitals may provide such opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of **oral surgery procedures**, including:

- Surgical extractions (including impacted teeth)
- Alveoloplasty and pre-prosthetic surgery
- Minor soft tissue surgical procedures (within scope of practice)
- Manage surgical complications and provide comprehensive follow-up care.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists in treatment planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **BDS degree** (recognized by SCFHS).
- **MSc or Board certification** in **Oral Surgery** or **Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery**.
- Must hold a valid **Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification at Registrar level or higher** in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Current **Basic Life Support (BLS) certification**.
- Documented **Hepatitis B vaccination** and up-to-date immunizations (as per MOH requirements).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Proven competency in advanced extractions and minor surgical procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Work Schedule
- **6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday)**.
- **8 hours per day** (shift-based, as assigned).
- Flexibility required to work across both branches (Exit 10 & Exit 5).
