CCDS, a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Saudi Digital Transformation and Innovation Specialist to join our team. As the Senior Saudi Digital Transformation and Innovation Specialist at CCDS, you will drive digital transformation initiatives and help our clients leverage the latest technologies to innovate and stay ahead in the market.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and develop strategic plans to implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deliver digital transformation projects that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives, helping clients adopt and implement cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and identify digital transformation opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps and plans for digital transformation projects, aligning them with business objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation and innovation
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on digital transformation strategies and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of desired outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the cultural and organizational changes necessary for successful digital transformation
- Conduct training and workshops to enhance digital capabilities and promote innovation within the organization
**Requirements**:
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation and innovation roles, with a focus on driving technological change and innovation
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutions
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics
- Experience in assessing business needs, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic roadmaps for digital transformation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications in digital transformation and innovation are highly recommended
