preparing requirements, documentation, and preserving standards and controls for necessary infrastructure processes associated with the database of the enterprise;
b) Preparing deliverables required to build business requirements and documents for projects which includes process flow, case problem, system diagrams, coordination, and accountability;
c) Coordinating with IT Department staff and users’ departments to ensure the business requirements are translated into concise clear requirements with defined ranges including documents of current business processes;
d) Identifying and quantifying business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology and figuring out details of requirements including the cost-benefit analysis and enhancements to existing projects;
e) Developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and traceability matrix with the Business Client, developing System Requirement Documents (SRD) and Systems External Specifications (SES) documents for the UAT and System test groups to assist in actual testing scenarios;
f) Interfacing with IT Infrastructure teams to work through the start-up phase of the project to develop accurate documents for business requirements and business acceptance;

**2) Design Analysis**:
b) Analyses, designs, and develops automated workflow processes across various departments to fulfill digital transformation requirements and demands.
**3) Maintaining records**: Creates and maintains softcopy logs of software problems to track records and monitor the history of problems, measures, and solutions performed to serve as a future reference. Maintains documentation manual for system analysis in plant maintenance.
**4) Miscellaneous duties**: Performs other miscellaneous related duties as directed by the Head of Applications Support Division such as, but not limited to;
b) Recommending to the Head of Applications Support Division changes in work and development procedure to enhance job efficiency; and
c) Assisting and training new System Analysts and end users.

**Requirements**:
Education
University degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field.
Language
Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Fluent in English, and excellent in reading and writing.
Work Experience
5 years experience as System Analyst-HCM Oracle in a large industry.
Computer
Very Good knowledge and skill in Oracle E-Business suite Applications and Microsoft Applications.
