Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Cost Manager to join our team In this role you will get to work on a major infrastructure package in Riyadh.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Report to Senior Commercial Manager
- Provide support and guidance on all commercial issues within the projects.
- Interact with Commercial Team and client and address all inquiries related to commercial.
- Payment of contractors and consultants
- Internal cost comparisons and cost projections
- Analysis of cost over-run and other implications.
- Preparation of contractor pre-contract work packages; manage bid process; tender analysis.
- Negotiate final accounts.
- Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs
- Review variation submissions
- Review change logs submitted by Cost Consultant
- Prepare project cash flow updates.
- Contribute to drafts of contractual letters.
- Contribute to Claims reviews.
- Advice on contractual matters related to financial issues.
- Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements
- Ensure that quantity reconciliations are conducted accurately by the Cost Consultant.
- Contribute to evaluation of prolongation costs and other cost claims.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field and 10 years demonstrable experience in commercial roles; 10 years on civil engineering projects; 5 years in GCC.
- Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
- Knowledge of partnering contracts.
- Knowledge of traditional and design and build contracts.
- Good team player and communicator.
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
