**Position Overview**:
Join our commissioning team as a **TAB Technician** and ensure HVAC systems deliver the air and water performance they were designed for. You'll execute field measurements, adjust and balance systems, and produce clean, auditable reports that accelerate consultant/client approvals across several marquee projects in Riyadh.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB)** for **air** (AHU/FAHU/FCU, exhaust/fresh air, VAVs) and **water** (chilled water/condensing water loops, pumps, coils, valves).
- Read and interpret **HVAC drawings** (schematics, layouts) to plan measurement routes and balancing sequences.
- Verify **duct and pipework** readiness (cleanliness, leakage, flushing completion) before TAB; record deficiencies and follow up.
- Document results in structured **TAB reports** (air/waterlogs, index tables, punch lists); support consultant/client witnessing to close approvals quickly.
- Coordinate with site teams (MEP, BMS, vendors) to sequence **pre-commissioning**, functional tests, and re-tests when design changes occur.
- Follow HSE and PTW procedures; maintain tools/calibration and site housekeeping standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Vocational Training Certificate**.
- ** Min 5 Years of hands-on experience** as a **TAB/Commissioning** or **HVAC** technician on building projects (air & water side).
- Ability to **understand and handle HVAC drawings,** practical knowledge of **duct** and **pipe** systems.
- Working knowledge of **MS Office & PDF tools** for daily logs and final reports.
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple active sites in Riyadh.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity of protection-relay concepts (coordination with electrical teams as needed).
