**المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المحتوى لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر منصات مثل تويتر، إنستغرام، فيسبوك، لينكدإن، وتيك توك.
- إنشاء ونشر محتوى جذاب (نصوص، صور، فيديوهات، قصص، إلخ) يتماشى مع هوية ونبرة العلامة التجارية.
- متابعة وتحليل أداء الحسابات باستخدام مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل معدلات التفاعل، ونمو عدد المتابعين، ومدى الوصول.
- التفاعل اليومي مع المتابعين من خلال الرد على التعليقات والاستفسارات بما يتوافق مع سياسات التواصل الخاصة بالشركة.
- متابعة الاتجاهات السوقية وتحليل المنافسين، واقتراح أفكار محتوى مبتكرة تعكس التوجهات الرقمية الحالية.
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم، والإنتاج، والعلاقات العامة لضمان اتساق الرسائل عبر جميع القنوات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير أداء دورية للإدارة.

**المؤهلات والمتطلبات**:

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات التحليل (مثل Meta Business Suite، Google Analytics، Hootsuite).
- مهارات عالية في إنشاء المحتوى وكتابة الرسائل التسويقية الجذابة.

**المهارات الأساسية**:

- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحرير باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- عقلية إبداعية وقدرة على ابتكار أفكار محتوى تفاعلي وجذاب.
- فهم عميق لخصائص كل منصة من منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مهارات تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- روح العمل الجماعي ومهارات تواصل فعّالة.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة مهام والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية تحت الضغط.

**Job Objective**

Are you passionate about content, creativity, and digital engagement? We're looking for a **Social Media Specialist** to lead our social presence and drive audience interaction across platforms in line with our brand and marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of social media content strategies across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and publish engaging content (text, visuals, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with the brand's tone and identity.
- Track and analyze account performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, and reach metrics.
- Interact daily with followers by responding to comments and inquiries in line with company communication policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, and propose innovative content ideas that reflect current digital trends.
- Coordinate with design, production, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Skilled in content creation and writing compelling marketing messages. **Key Skills**:

- Excellent writing and editorial skills in Arabic and English.
