Responsible for coordinating all matters between government facilities and the Company.

**Responsibilities / Duties /Functions Tasks**:
Handling all corporate-related matters with Government entities such as the Ministry of Labor & Social Development, Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the QIWA
Registration and keeping a record of the company's accounts with Ministry of Ministry of Labor & QIWA & registration of required local addresses (WASEL)
Maintaining the GOSI portal with additions, removals, and updates.
Administrating the Muqeem portal for exit and entry permits.
Renew and maintain all company’s office leases before its expiry.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.

**Skills**:
Service industry work experience working within Immigration services is essential (minimum 3 years).
Knowledge of Saudi immigration / labor regulation is a must.
Good problem solving and time management skills; Strong service inclination and customer orientation.
Perform quality work within deadlines.
Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels) Ability to work well with employees from diverse cultures
Strong accuracy and attention to details
