**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems to ensure efficient project management.
- Establish processes for schedule, cost, and document control.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor progress against schedules and identify potential delays.
- Oversee cost control activities, including budget development and monitoring.
- Conduct cost analyses and provide insights into project financial performance.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to integrate risk assessments into project controls.
- Monitor and report on identified project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Manage change orders, assessing their impact on project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project teams to control and mitigate additional project scope.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for project documentation.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping for project controls.
- Prepare regular performance reports for project management and clients.
- Highlight key project controls indicators and trends.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project controls matters.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in project controls. Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of project controls processes.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Controls Engineer in PMC projects.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of project controls principles and practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional certifications in project management or related fields.
- Experience in managing project controls for PMC projects within the Middle East region.
