**Position**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation under the supervision of architects and engineers. The role ensures accuracy and compliance with design standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery for both public and private sector developments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in preparing design presentations, material boards, and technical reports.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify design implementation and collect as-built information.
- Develop 3D visualization models and renderings to communicate design intent to the client.
- Support preparation of tender packages and technical submissions.
- Provide assistance with compliance with local design regulations and construction practices, detailing and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architectural technology, drafting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, preferably within government or semi government companies.
- Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit Architecture SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Power BI).
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities in **English** and Arabic.
- **Saudi National** is a mandatory requirement.
- Membership in the **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)** is a mandatory requirement.
