Summary:
The Project Director is responsible for the overall management of a project from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all aspects of the project. The Project Director also has responsibility for ensuring that the project meets the requirements of the client and is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the project plan
- Create and manage the project budget
- Recruit and manage the project team
- Communicate with the client and other stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of the project, including quality, safety, and risk
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Skills and Qualities:

- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience with various project management methodologies
- Ability to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work long hours and travel as needed

**Salary**: ﷼40,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
