Maintenance Mechanic

Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (MAZAK, Fanuc, Siemens and/or Heidenhain )
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts for all machines to minimize downtime.
- Execute projects assigned, with guidance, on equipment improvements, rebuilds, or basic troubleshooting
- Following manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams, diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Assist other Maintenance Technicians
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on AHU, Chiller, COMPRESSOR Pumps, motors, valves, fire pumps, and CNC production machines (Milling, Turning and/or grinding). Follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoots malfunctions.
- Maintain Production Equipment to promote UP time and less Downtime

- Following manufacturer’s instructions, manuals, and diagrams, diagnose and troubleshoot basic equipment problems
- Assist other Maintenance Technicians
- Performing preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment and operating systems.
- Clean and inspect equipment, repair/replace broken parts.
- Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work area with proper housekeeping and origination of tools and supplies.
- Coordinating and performing duties related to all maintenance such as servicing, repair of facilities equipment including machinery maintenance task
- Track maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintain clean and neat work area.
- Fabricate and install new equipment
- Utilize safe work habits
- Maintain parts and tools inventory
- **_Minimum Two-year technical degree in related field OR _**_EQUALEVENT. _**:

- **_Minimum 3-5 years in the Maintenance, _**_mechanical and electrical repair with use of shop tools. _**:

- A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is desired.
- CMRT is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools correctly and safely.
- Must have ability to read, comprehend, and follow maintenance manuals.
- Must have Knowledge in operating OH crane, Forklift
- High tolerance towards working under pressure.
