We are seeking a qualified and experienced **MEP Supervision Engineer** to oversee all **site-based Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** implementation activities. This role requires a sharp eye for quality, coordination, and compliance, ensuring all MEP systems are installed and commissioned as per approved standards and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage **all site supervision activities** related to **MEP systems**, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and relevant engineering standards.
- Review and approve **shop drawings**, **material submittals**, **method statements**, and **coordination drawings** provided by contractors.
- Ensure **integration and coordination** of MEP systems with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines throughout the construction process.
- Monitor the **site installation works** for:

- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Fire protection systems
- Plumbing systems
- ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems

- to maintain high standards of **quality, safety, and progress**.
- Conduct **regular site inspections** to verify that all MEP works are executed in accordance with:

- Approved design documents
- International codes and standards
- Project-specific requirements
- Evaluate technical conflicts and issues on-site, and provide **engineering solutions** to resolve **design discrepancies or installation challenges**.
- Ensure that all required **inspections and tests** (e.g. pressure tests, continuity checks, and commissioning activities) are conducted, documented, and approved.
- Support the **Resident Engineer** by:

- Reviewing contractor progress reports
- Verifying executed work quantities
- Certifying completed MEP works for **payment processing**:

- Lead **coordination meetings** with contractors and stakeholders to track MEP progress, address scheduling conflicts, and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Ensure all MEP works are performed in **full compliance with project health and safety standards** and regulatory guidelines.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in **site-based MEP supervision** on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV, and fire protection systems**.
- Familiar with **international codes and project-specific standards**.
- Excellent ability to **coordinate across multiple disciplines** and manage contractors.
- Skilled in interpreting complex shop drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Able to **identify risks early** and propose practical solutions.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and inspection capabilities.

**Experience**:

- 15+Supervise on-site MEP system installations: 10 years (required)

- 15+Oversee MEP testing and commissioning: 10 years (required)
