Intellectual Property Paralegal

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly-qualified and experienced Paralegal to join a market-leading global company based in Saudi Arabia. This lucrative position sits within their Intellectual Property Department.
The primary focus on the role is to support the performance of legal activities within a specifically assigned functional area, and assist their assigned attorneys in the performance of their duties.
Specific duties include preparing and reviewing draft documents, reviewing, analysing and organising documents, conducting advanced research, file management, and many other general paralegal and administrative asks.
Applicants will have a good law degree from a leading University, and it is preferable that they have additional Paralegal Certification from a recognised National organisation. However, Arabic linguistic skills (although welcome) are not required for this role.
Applicants will have a vast wealth of relevant Paralegal experience (8+ years), gained within Private Practice or in-house. This experience does not necessarily need to have been attained in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power or other energy-related industries is a distinct advantage.
- It is imperative that applicants are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia, and prior experience in the region is highly preferred.
