We are looking for a skilled and passionate Digital Product Manager to join the Nine66 team and be part of the Digital team. The Digital team is building digital services for global game developers across the ecosystem, enabling learning, mentoring, funding, networking, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process.
- Analyze and prepare the detailed requirements and prepare user stories and documentation.
- Own product documentation including user stories, BRDs, UX Wireframes, User Manual, and other related documentation.
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience create value, and drive growth
- Prioritize activities and backlog based on business and customer impact and Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that IT delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation
- Gain a solid understanding of customer experience and customer problems with identifying and filling product gaps.
- Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
- Prepare KPIs and reports to the management team to Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems
- Proven work experience as a Digital product manager of min 3 years
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active problem solver
- Familiarity with product management software and processes (JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO, MIRO)
- highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Strong Communication skills
- Time Management skills.
- Bonus: Games Industry Experience, Ecommerce Platforms
